Totally! You could add, say, pinto beans to make it a three-bean chili, or add another can or red and/or black beans to the mix. When I opt for a veggie chili, I tend to throw in bell peppers and butternut squash to help bulk it out. I’d be curious to see how that would taste with the coffee mole direction this takes!
