I know plenty of breweries are working with this yeast as well. I’ve seen some label the resulting IPAs “Norwegian IPAs” but as that seems to confuse consumers, I think most will just use the yeast to speed up fermentation of hazies without indicating to consumers that the yeast is any different.  Read more
