My thoughts are that this sounds delicious. As for naming… I ran through Hoppy Steam, Hoppy Common, West Coast Common… I think ultimately I like SoCali Common or West Coast Common, which plays on the actual style but also denotes a higher hop content. Let me know what you end up with!  Read more
