Yeah, i grew up in Toronto/Mississauga, and i didn’t hear about Calzones until they were on an episode of Seinfeld I think. But Panzarotti were everywhere. Haha, had exactly the same thought. I have definitely demanded that we get panzos at a certain time of night, many many times.
