Yeah, sure thing. The biggest thing is go easy on the cheese. Like 6 oz. or less for a 14" pie. That’s for a lot of reasons (I really don’t enjoy over-cheesed tavern pies), but to your point, to keep the cheese/toppings from escaping on the first bite. Read more
