For a limited time, Kit Kat is bestowing upon us a new but familiar flavor. Thoughts of street fairs and ballpark concession stands should come to mind if you get a chance to try Kit Kat Churro. The new candy bar features churro-flavored creme with sugar mixed between the brand’s usual crispy wafers, and it is among the more promising applications of Kit Kat’s recent “creme” innovation (a non-chocolate coating that has formed the basis for flavors like Birthday Cake, Lemon Crisp, and Fruity Cereal). This treat will be on shelves nationwide by June 6, just in time for National Churro Day, and it will be available in standard, king, and snack sizes.

In recent months, Taco Bell has been adamant about bringing on the heat and saucy flavor. First came the return of the Volcano Menu, and then the Enchirito, and now comes an all-new spicy menu item: Steak Chile Verde Fries. The new fries are spiced and covered in warm nacho cheese sauce, a three cheese blend, reduced fat sour cream, crunchy Fiesta strips, and marinated grilled steak, plus a new Chile Verde Hot Sauce that incorporates jalapeño, lime, and zesty herbs. You can get the fries for $4.49 until June 28 or get them wrapped up in a burrito for $3.99. (Vegetarians can request the fries and the burrito without the steak for a small reduction in price.)

Possibly taking aim at Wendy’s, Burger King is testing a new Smoky Maple Chicken Biscuit sandwich in Kansas City and the Orlando-Daytona Beach area starting on June 5. The new breakfast offering features breaded white meat chicken with a smoky maple glaze on a warm buttermilk biscuit. It will also be available as a Croissan’wich, which in BK terms means it can be served up on a croissant instead of a biscuit.

Microwave meals don’t have to be uninteresting, so Riviana Foods is bringing three new flavors to its Minute Rice Cups and Instant Rice product lines. The new flavors include Butter & Sea Salt Jasmine Rice, Spanish Rice, and Cilantro & Lime Jasmine Rice; there’s also a new Instant Basmati Rice product that’s ready in five minutes. The Minute Cilantro & Lime Jasmine Rice Cups are available nationwide, though the others are currently in select regions including the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest.

As the milk wars rage on, Oatly continues to churn out products designed to go head-to-head with the most popular dairy items on the market. Its Banana Split Frozen Dessert Pint and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Frozen Dessert Pint are hitting shelves at Whole Foods, Schnucks, and Albertsons for $4.99–$5.99 each. The Banana Split flavor combines banana and strawberry with a chocolate fudge swirl, and the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough delivers exactly what it promises, and like all Oatly pints, it’s non-dairy and gluten-free.

If there’s one thing you can count on at Buffalo Wild Wings, it’s the sauce—and there are so many options it’s hard to commit to just one. It’s about to get even harder, because BWW is adding two new sauces to the menu: General Tso’s and Sweet Chile Lime. NotMayo (a product of NotCo by Kraft Heinz) is a plant-based alternative made to mimic the exact taste and texture of its animal-based counterpart and is now hitting the shelves of 80 Target stores and available to ship nationwide for the first time. The NotMayo was designed by an AI called Giuseppe, which recently engineered Shake Shack’s newest plant-based menu items. You can also find NotMayo at Meijer, Wakefern, and Giant Eagle.

Another signal of summer’s arrival is the return of Jimmy John’s summer wraps. The Chicken Caesar Wrap and Thai Chicken Wrap are back on the menu, as well as an all-new addition: the Jalapeno Ranch Chicken Wrap. The new spicy wrap includes chicken, provolone cheese, jalapeño ranch, crispy jalapeños, and red pepper flakes in a flour wrap. Granola bars aren’t a snack we typically associate with savory flavors, but Nature Valley has decided to bring something new to the table for the summer. Everything Bagel, White Cheddar and Smoky BBQ Savory Nut Crunch Bars are the three new varieties of snack bar available at grocery stores nationwide this month. The savory, crispy bars are a surprising change from the usual Oats ’n Honey variety Nature Valley is known for, made possible by a new “proprietary binding process” that has allowed the brand to mash ingredients together without the use of syrups or sugars. Each new bar is available in a 5-count box for $4.79.
