I’m more on the side of glad that it’s delicious and hoping people try it. The mythology around it isn’t helping get more people under the tent. There are some pretty solid Scottish pubs in your larger cities. Duke of Perth here in Chicago comes to mind. I guess generally speaking, you don’t see a lot of UK representation in standalone non-Pub dining. Read more
