
The Super Bowl is a snack-laden occasion for many Americans, so it makes sense that nearly one-third of the commercials that aired during Super Bowl LVIII were advertising food and beverages. Many of this year’s spots were produced by brands that had never undertaken a Super Bowl ad before, and the evening was largely defined by that eagerness to impress.
